Devington's Hippocrates™ III HIPAA Compliance Statement

The managers and programmers at Devington Technologies Ltd, have been working diligently to keep your Hippocrates III system current and on the cutting edge of technology. We have been following the new Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations in the design of our product, and can assure you that Hippocrates III currently meets, and will continue to meet, the requirements set forth in the HIPAA specification.

We fully support the spirit of HIPAA and we believe that HIPAA represents sound and reasonable healthcare practices while ensuring privacy and confidentiality for your patients.

The new ASC X12N standard is already incorporated into Hippocrates III. We are testing the HIPAA X12N 837 (claims) transaction set with commercial, Medicare and Medicaid carriers.

The new ASC X12N standard will improve not only claims transmission services, but remittance and eligibility services as well.

Your Hippocrates III Medical Management System is functionally HIPAA compliant and we plan to meet all future HIPAA compliance deadlines. We are committed to keeping Hippocrates III a leader in Medical Management Systems.
